Ingredients :
200 grams Lepo (Sole fish)
½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
3 tablespoon Semolina(Rava)
Instructions :
Step 1
Clean the lepo by removing the skin and chopping the head.Wash and apply salt and turmeric powder.
Step 2
Coat it with semolina on both the sides.In a pan, add oil and shallow fry them on both the sides. And Voila !!!
