Goan Somdhalo Fish Fry

Total time : 20 minutes Servings : 5-6 Cuisine : Indian


Ingredients :

  • 200 grams Somdhalo (Butter fish)

  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying

  • 3 tablespoon Semolina(Rava)













Instructions :


Step 1

Clean the fish by removing the skin and chopping the head.Wash and apply salt and turmeric powder.


Step 2

Coat it with semolina on both the sides.In a pan, add oil and shallow fry them on both the sides. And Voila !!!
