Ingredients :
4 Pomfret Fish, cleaned and cut into slices
1/2 cup Rava (Semolina)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
3 - 4 tablespoons Coconut Oil ,for Frying

Instructions :
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients listed above. Take rava (semolina) in a flat dish and coat each fish in it. Use your hands to sprinkle it on the fish, till it's crusted well on each side. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish for eight to ten minutes on both sides.And Voila !!!
