Ingredients: For Batter:
1/2 Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
1 No Egg
Baking Powder A Pinch
Salt A Pinch
Milk As required
Ghee/Clarified Butter To Smear
For Stuffing:
3/4 Cup Grated Coconut fresh or Frozen
1/4 Cup Jaggery Syrup
Salt A Pinch
Instructions:
Step 1
In a pan, take all ingredients listed under ' for stuffing'.Cook in medium flame till it comes to a single mass.If you are using frozen coconut, thaw it before cooking.Remove the stuffing to a plate and let it cool.
Step 2
In a bowl take all ingredients under ' For batter'.Mix it and add milk slowly till it forms a thin batter.Heat a tava and smear ghee/Clarified butter.Pour a ladle of batter and swirl the tava, so the batter spreads thin evenly.When the bubbles appear on the pancake,flip it over the other side and cook for a minute.Remove it to a plate.
Step 3
Place one tablespoon of stuffing and wrap it from the sides and roll it to make parcels. Repeat it with the remaining batter and stuffing. And Voila !!!
