Ingredients:
For the filling:
100 grams boiled chicken(shredded)
½ bunch mint leaves washed
50 grams cabbage (thinly sliced)
50 grams carrot (thinly sliced)
½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
5 tbsp mayonnaise
For the sandwiches:
12 slices white bread sides cut off, can be subbed with brown bread
black pepper as needed
Instructions:
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in the bowl and mix together .Spread on one slice of bread and layer the other bread slice on it. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on top.Repeat with the remaining bread .And Voila !!!
