Pistachio Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup of cream

  • 2/3 cup of whole milk

  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup of pistachio paste

  • 4 1/2 SHEETS of gelatin

  • Ground pistachios












Instructions:


Step 1

Soak the gelatin in cold water. In a saucepan, heat the milk, 1 1/4 cup of cream, and the sugar without letting it come to a boil. Remove it from the heat, then add in the drained gelatin and the pistachio paste; stir well, let it cool, then strain the mixture.




Step 2

Whip the remaining cream. Add it to the mixture and gently combine everything; pour the mixture into a 1-quart loaf pan. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.Decorate the panna cotta as required. And Voila !!!
