Ingredients:
4 cups (480 grams) all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cup warm water
2 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
Step 1
Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add water to flour mixture.Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls. Place in greased pan. Cover and let it rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Bake in preheated 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 20 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and brush with melted butter.Serve warm. And Voila !!!
