Ingredients :
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Butter ,room temperature
1 cup Milk ,warm
1 Egg
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp yeast
2-3 tbsp Nutella spread
Instructions :
Step 1
Add the active dry yeast to the lukewarm milk with sugar and salt.Mix everything well and let them sit in a warm place for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
Step 2
Add the butter, egg and foamy yeast to the flour and knead for a few minutes into a soft and stiff dough.Grease a bowl with some butter and place the dough.Let this dough sit for an hour in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.
Step 3
After an hour, punch down the dough and roll the dough as a large rectangle.Spread the Nutella over the rolled disc and roll them as a log.Press the edges well and place this dough in a greased loaf pan.Let the dough sit again an hour in a warm place, closed with a towel.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and arrange the baking loaf pan in the middle rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust turns brown.Let it cool completely. And Voila !!!
